Sensei Emma Markwell is fighting in the KWU World Tournament in Ekaterinburg, Russia. 9th / 10th Dec. Women’s -60kg category where she has come second in both of the two preceding tournaments. Other BKK team members - Hayley Rowlands - Ladies -50kg, Lisa Heath - ladies -65kg, Gabriel Barbu - mens -85kg. In the picture above with Shihan Paul is our guest Senpai Catalina, a student from Costa Rica, She’s going to be fighting in the -55kg category but came to England first to complete the final 10 days of training here with us at Westcroft.

We were also pleased to have Sensei Kenny Jarvis join us to share his knowledge prior to the tournament.
