Beginners Course

We start a new beginners course on Thursday 12th January at our Westcroft Dojo. Two sessions are available, Juniors from 6.00pm to 7.00 pm and seniors from 7.45 pm to 9.15 pm. In both cases arrive 10 minutes before the session start time so we can take your details. Whilst there is no need to book a place it would be useful to have an idea of numbers so either email us at westcroftkyokushin@gmail.com or call Richard on 07710 692183.

Please wear something comfortable to train in, track suit bottoms and as 'T' shirt are ideal.
